This policy explains how Lumenook handles information for Hexagon: Tower Defence and related game services published through pigeonace.com.

Information We Collect

  • Gameplay progress such as scores, cards, arenas, rewards, settings, and cloud-save state.
  • Anonymous player identifiers and generated display names for backend features and leaderboards.
  • App activity and diagnostics such as session starts, battle results, rewarded-ad events, crashes, and client errors.
  • Device or advertising identifiers when used by Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Firebase, or Google AdMob.

How We Use Information

  • To save and restore game progress.
  • To provide gameplay services such as leaderboards and rewarded-ad verification.
  • To prevent reward fraud and diagnose app reliability problems.
  • To measure and improve gameplay, balance, and technical performance.
  • To show optional rewarded ads when consent and app configuration allow them.

Third-Party Services

Hexagon: Tower Defence may use Google Play Games Services for Android cloud save, Firebase for analytics and backend diagnostics, and Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and controls.

Cloud Save And Offline Play

Core battles can be played offline. When cloud services are enabled, progress may be synced through Google Play Games Services so your profile can be restored after reinstalling or switching devices. Local device storage remains the immediate offline save.

Children

Hexagon: Tower Defence is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.

Security And Retention

Network requests use HTTPS. Firestore data is not exposed for direct client read or write access; backend requests use per-player session tokens. We retain backend data while it is needed to provide game functionality, diagnostics, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your Choices

You can use in-app settings and consent controls where available to manage analytics, ads, and privacy options. To request deletion of backend player data, email lumenook@gmail.com.
